Clubhouse Rules

Reservation – General

A. The reservation of the clubhouse is restricted to Association members for personal and private parties. Request for the use of the clubhouse by outside organizations, whether or not requested by an Association member, will not be granted. Dance lessons are not allowed in the clubhouse. Our insurance does not cover any type of private or group lessons in the common area or the clubhouse. Application for reservation should be made by calling TPMS at (714) 557-5900 two (2) weeks in advance of the event.

B. Reservation of the clubhouse does not include the exclusive use of the pool and spa. The swimming pool and spa may be used. However, other homeowners and guests may not be excluded from the pool area. There will be no exclusive rights for use of the pool and spa areas.

C. Regularly scheduled Association functions have priority for reserving the clubhouse for open dates.

D. Application for reservation of the clubhouse must be made by a homeowner, and the applicant must be present during the period the clubhouse is in use under such reservation.

E. Complaints, recommendations or suggestions regarding the clubhouse are to be submitted in writing to TPMS, 1536 E. Warner Avenue, Santa Ana, Ca. 92705-5474.

F. There is a non-refundable rental fee of $75 for the use of the clubhouse. A $300.00 security deposit will be held and refunded pending the inspection of the clubhouse after its use. Please refer to the responsibilities below.

Reserving Member’s Responsibilities

A. Clubhouse cleanup as listed below must be done no later than 10:00 a.m. the day following the function:

  1. Vacuum all carpets
  2. Dust table and clean counters
  3. Clean cabinets. Dust and mop all floors
  4. Empty all trash in the dumpsters

B. In the event of glass door and/or window breakage, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to immediately arrange for boarding up of broken areas to protect the premises from possible vandalism or animal and weather damage. Also, homeowner is to have the glass replaced and pay for it.

C. No barbecuing in the pool area. Eating and drinking are to be confined to the clubhouse premises.
D. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CLUBHOUSE.
E. All doors must be locked and lights turned off when occupants leave the premises.

F. All furniture, if rearranged, must be replaced to its’ original positions. Furniture must not be removed from the interior of the clubhouse.

G. COMMON COURTESY FOR SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS SHOULD PREVAIL WITH RESPECT
TO THE LENGTH OF PARTIES AND TO THE NOISE GENERATED BY GUESTS AND ENTERTAINMENT.

H. The clubhouse key must be returned by 11:00 a.m. the following day.

Mylar balloons are not allowed in the clubhouse. Pushpins, staples, or tape should not be used on the clubhouse walls.
