Please remember that all exterior improvements must be submitted for approval by the architectural committee. Please contact TPMS for an architectural form for the installation of windows, doors, screen doors, satellite dishes, fencing, water heater doors, etc.
Please be advised that white or black windows are NOT allowed to be installed within the community. The approved colors for the windows are almond/tan to match the new paint color.
Front doors may be earth tone brown or dark wood, but may NOT be white or black. The same applies to screen doors. Security screen doors are not allowed.
